Clinic Treatments – Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose and Understanding

  1. These terms and conditions (‘Conditions’) shall apply as between PS Wellness LTD (‘the Company’) and you in respect of:
    1. Any request by you for the Company to provide Treatments
    2. Any booking for the Company to provide Treatments
    3. Any Contract for the Company to provide Treatments
    4. Any Treatments provided by the Company at a Clinic
  2. These Conditions apply whether Treatments are booked online or by telephone or in person by you or by another person on your behalf or as a gift to you.
  3. These Conditions do not apply to the purchase by you of Products online or at a Clinic.
  4. Words with special meanings begin with a capital letter. Their definitions are shown in brackets.

2. Other Policies

These Conditions are separate from:

  • The Company’s data protection and privacy policy

4. Treatments and Clinics

The Company provides various non-surgical skincare, weight loss and body toning treatments including consultations and spa-related services (Treatments) at premises including spas and a dedicated Clinic within the UK.

5. Staff

Treatments are provided by beauticians personally trained by Pietro Simone (Staff).

6. Personal Information

You will be asked to provide personal information. You agree that the Company may use that information in accordance with its data protection and privacy policy.

7. Price

  1. The price of Treatments will be explained in advance and may be shown on the website.
  2. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

8. Making a Booking

  1. A booking is a request by you to the Company to provide Treatments.
  2. Bookings can be made:
    1. By phone
    2. In person at the clinic
  3. If booking on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for cancellation costs unless otherwise agreed.

9. Contract

  1. When your booking is accepted, a Contract is formed.
  2. You will receive email confirmation with:
    • Description of Treatment
    • Total price (inclusive of tax)
    • Any additional charges
    • Treatment schedule
    • Clinic address
  3. The confirmation may also contain:
    • Company contact details
    • Complaint policy
    • Cancellation rights
  4. If you request Treatment within a cancellation period, you will be asked to confirm in writing.

10. Payment

  1. 30% deposit required at booking. Balance due after Treatment.
  2. Extras or alternative Treatments to be paid immediately after the Treatment.
  3. Payment must be made by debit or credit card.

11. Cancellation Policy

  1. You may cancel a booking before Contract confirmation.
  2. Spa bookings on specific dates are non-cancellable.
  3. If booking online or by phone:
    1. You can cancel within 14 days
    2. No reason required
    3. Must notify in writing
    4. Must pay for services already rendered
  4. If booked in person or cancellation right expired:
    1. 24 hours’ notice required to cancel/postpone
    2. No-show: charged in full
    3. Late arrivals may receive shortened Treatment

12. Refunds

  1. Refunds processed within 14 days of cancellation.
  2. Same payment method used for refund unless otherwise agreed.

13. Attending a Consultation

  1. New or first-time Treatments: arrive 20 minutes early for a questionnaire.
  2. All Treatments require accurate and honest information.
  3. Failure to disclose relevant info may result in refusal of Treatment.
  4. You may be advised to refrain from certain activities post-Treatment.
  5. GP details may be requested.

14. Recommended Treatments or Products

  1. Company may recommend cosmetic Products.
  2. Treatments may be refused or suspended at staff discretion.
  3. If Treatment is refused, only consultation will be charged.

15. Clinic Policies

Policies include use of mobile phones and clothing expectations.

16. Gift Vouchers

  1. Valid for 12 months from purchase date.
  2. No refunds after expiration.
  3. Cannot be exchanged for cash.

17. Liability

The Company does not guarantee results. All staff are professionally trained and Treatments are carried out with care.

18. Complaints Policy

  1. You may complain by post within 14 days of Treatment.
  2. We aim to respond within 28 days, or notify you if more time is needed.

19. Revisions

Conditions and policies are regularly reviewed and subject to change. Updates will be posted on the website.
